Sellers must apply with accurate brand, contact, business address, category, story, and account details.
Admin approval is required before seller storefronts and products are fully active. Unfound may reject, pause, or remove sellers that provide misleading information or create buyer risk.
Apply to SellSellers are responsible for accurate product names, descriptions, prices, inventory, images, measurements, size options, shipping timelines, and availability.
Sellers must pack orders carefully, add tracking when available, and update fulfillment status as orders move through processing, shipped, and delivered.
Sellers should respond to return or dispute requests in good faith and follow the return rules they communicate to buyers.
Sellers must keep payout settings current and only enter payout details for accounts they are authorized to use. Unfound may review order activity, returns, disputes, or marketplace issues before marking payouts reviewed or paid.
