How Unfound handles account, seller, order, and support information.
Unfound collects information needed to create accounts, review sellers, process orders, show order history, support sellers, send marketplace emails, and operate the site.
This can include name, email, phone, address, seller application details, product details, order information, payout preference, support messages, career messages, and notification preferences.
We use information to run the marketplace, support buyers and sellers, review seller applications, process orders, prevent misuse, send confirmations, fulfill support requests, and improve operations.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by Unfound. Email messages may be sent through Unfound email tools so buyers and sellers receive important updates.
